European Rehabilitation Platform (EPR)

EPR membership today numbers 25 organisations from 16 countries, working towards achieving a society where every person can co-create quality services that bring about equal opportunities for all, social inclusion and quality of life.

EPR members are service providers to people with disabilities committed to high quality service delivery in the fields of vocational education and training, employment integration and reintegration, medical rehabilitation and social care.

All members are committed to outcome measurement, empowerment, professional development, improving organisational performance, innovation and they pledge to implement the UN Convention of the Rights of People with a Disability in their services. EPR members are known to have a high level of expertise in their service fields and are willing to share that expertise and inspiring practices with other members of the platform.

Members organise efficient and outcome-driven services for people with disabilities and other socially disadvantaged groups. These services include vocational education and training, labour market (re)integration, special and mainstream education and health and social care services. They work in close partnerships with service users and participation is one of the key principles of their work. Practically all our members have received an external certification of some kind (ISO, EFQM, EQUASS, plus various national marks and recognitions) – a fact testifying to the quality of their services.

Astangu Vocational Rehabilitation Center has been an active member of EPR since 2001.
